Made of a combination of natural materials for comfort and breathability and premium synthetic secondary materials for durability and flexibility, these shoes were definitely made for an active lifestyle.

Fitted with Digital Light Synthesis Soles
This product is made of high-quality lithe and lightweight materials made by cutting-edge tech that combines composite fibers and fused yarns. More than 90% of this product is recyclable. The entire upper shoe was knitted completely with fused yarns and were bound to a 3D-printed sole produced by a method called Digital Light Synthesis (DLS). DLS is a lossless sole-printing method pioneered by Silicon Valley’s Carbon which uses a combination of light, oxygen and programmable liquid resin that creates soft, resilient soles that add significantly to comfort and style.

Are you buying from outside of the U.S. (Canada, in particular)? Your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation, eh!
Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. Don’t worry, though. This doesn’t happen a good deal of the time. But if your order has been held up, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately. Or else. ;)

CAN I EXCHANGE THE PERSONALIZED PRODUCT I BOUGHT?
We take pride in our work, and all personalized products are made with loving care and tenderness. As such, please help us by selecting the correct size that you need. Our sizes are true to measurement so you don't really have to go 1-2 size up/down.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
It pains us that your product wasn’t to your liking.
But if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, you can do so, but only within 24 hours of purchase.
If you wish to return the product to us, our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you received the product (i.e. sign over from your local postal service). If 7 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Also, please understand that to be eligible for a Return/Resend/Refund, the product must qualify as:
-Having fault on arrival (wrong size,wrong design, wrong item);
-Not as described on product page.
If we establish that the fault is ours, we'll take it off your hands and pay for the return shipping.
However, please remember that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The highly advanced but easily-confused androids in charge of making our products won’t know what to do with your item, and this may cause their circuits to go haywire.
